Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, overlooking the vibrant main square of Chania old city. The service was exceptional, from arranging airport transfers to offering assistance with car rentals. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center with charming surroundings. While the dining options were limited to pasta, the overall experience was wonderful.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It's super cozy, situated in the heart of Chania old city with stylish ceiling, window shutters, and other charming furnishings, offering three windows that provide a lovely view of the main square. The service was top-notch - very nice and helpful staff that arranged the airport transfer for us and even helped secure a car rental for the next day. The location is simply stunning, right next to the harbor with lovely cafes below to enjoy coffee or drinks, and everything is within walking distance. A perfect find! Although the rooms were fantastic and the service exemplary, the dining options were limited, and the hotel could enhance this aspect. However, the overall stay was a wonderful experience.
